The best feature of this electric skillet is that it’s made of quality materials but is also easy to clean being dishwasher safe as long as the probe is removed. It has some nice features such as a glass lid so that you can see your food as it’s cooking and is a bit deeper than most other skillets which makes it easy to use for recipes such as fried chicken.
